At The Pantry – by Kismet Cabana, we take pride in delivering delicious, high-quality products that celebrate local produce and bold flavours. Your satisfaction matters to us – and we want to make things right if something’s not quite up to scratch.

 

Frozen Food & Fresh Produce

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on perishable goods (including frozen meals, condiments, and fresh produce) unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect on arrival.

If this happens, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item in question

  • Email us at [your email address]

Once reviewed, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • A credit note for future orders

 

Merchandise & Non-Perishables

For merch (like our tote bags, tees, or coolers), you’re welcome to return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Please email us first before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

Order Issues or Changes

Need to update or cancel your order? Let us know before your delivery day and we’ll do our best to help. Once your order is packed or dispatched, we can’t guarantee changes can be made.
